Refund policy

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be confident in your Veros purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Veros Golf will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns within the United States.

Starting a Return or Exchange

Email hello@verosgolf.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue an eligible refund instead.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. A discounted price alone does not make an item final sale unless it is clearly labeled Final Sale before purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@verosgolf.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can make it right.
